Aluminum Vs. Steel Construction

Steel frames and aluminum frames are very similar in a lot of ways. Both of these frames tend to be very strong and completely rust and weather-resistant, especially when powder-coated. Aluminum frames do tend to be a bit stronger than steel frames and a little bit lighter, though they also cost much more for what you get.

If you want to spend a bit less and get similar strength and durability characteristics, steel canopies are a solid choice.
